William Mark Williams (Bill), 80, a lifelong resident of Painesville, Ohio, passed away peacefully on August 19, 2026, at Hospice House in Cleveland, Ohio, following a long illness.

Born on July 12, 1946, Bill spent his life in the Painesville community. He was a hardworking and dedicated man who worked for many years at Euclid Spring Co. in Wickliffe, Ohio. He will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved him, and his memory will live on through the family and loved ones whose lives he touched.

Bill is survived by his longtime partner, Elizabeth Eliseo; his children, Tom Williams of Mentor, Ohio, and Brenda Williams of Mentor, Ohio; his granddaughters, Darcell Bafford of Cleveland, Ohio, Shalen Bafford of Mentor, Ohio, and Keera Bafford of Columbus, Ohio; and his beloved great-granddaughter, Leilani Bafford.

He is also survived by his sister, Susan Zola; his brothers, Richard Williams and David Hitchcock; as well as several nieces, nephews, extended family members, and other loved ones who will cherish his memory.

William was preceded in death by his mother, Virginia Hitchcock Mumea, and his sister, Charmaine Ceferratti.

Bill's passing leaves an emptiness in the hearts of those who loved him. After a long illness, he is now at peace. His family will carry forward the memories, love, laughter, and moments they shared with him, keeping a part of him with them always.

Forever loved, forever missed, and forever in our hearts.
