William Haluschak

William "Bill" Haluschak, age 87 passed away December 27, 2015 in Madison at Broadfield Manor. He was born on February 5, 1928 in Cleveland, Ohio. Mr. Haluschak is survived by his nephew Don (Judy) Bunasky of Franklin, Tennessee. William was preceded in death by his parents John and Katherine (Oshio) Haluschak Burial was on December 31, 2015 at Saint Peter and Paul Ukrainian Cemetery in Parma. The Reverend Ihour Kasiyn of the St. Andrews Ukrainian Catholic church in Parma officiated the service.
