Teddi L Wallace

Teddi L. Wallace, a woman of deep faith, creativity, and unwavering love for her family, passed away on November 14, 2025. Born on August 12, 1956, Teddi made her mark on the world through the profound way she loved and served those she held closest to her heart.

Family was the center of Teddi’s world. Her greatest pride and deepest joy were her children and grandchildren, whom she embraced with unconditional love. At every opportunity, she would cheer them on from the sidelines, created childhood magic and gave the best cuddles.

Creative at heart, Teddi poured her love into sewing and crafting. Known affectionately as the “Santa Lady,” she found joy in creating her beloved Santas, painted ornaments and other creations. She frequented craft shows as both a buyer and a seller and was on a first name basis with many of the employees at the local craft stores. Her holiday creations became treasured keepsakes, symbols of her generosity and her desire to share joy with others.

For many years, Teddi devoted her career to the Geauga Department on Aging, where she shared her kindness, compassion, and craftiness with countless seniors. Her empathy—and her ability to make others feel loved and valued—left a lasting impression on the hearts she touched.

Teddi leaves behind her beloved family: her daughter Sara Hall (Bob); sons Steve Zsulya (Molly Warga); and TJ Zsulya; her treasured grandchildren Abby Hall, Evan Hall, and Theo Zsulya—each of whom will carry her love, throughout their lives.

She is preceded in death by her father, Fred II; her mother, Evelyn; and her siblings Jeffrey, Jack, Fred III, and Kitty Wallace.

Teddi L. Wallace will forever be remembered for her kindness, her creativity, and above all, her heart. She touched lives in profound ways and will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

A memorial gathering and memorial service are being planned for the near future at New Mercies Community Church. Teddi will be laid to rest with her parents at Sharp Ave. Cemetery in Willoughby.
