Ronald G. Moreau

Ronald G. Moreau, age 82 of Concord, passed away April 5, 2024, in Concord. He was born July 18, 1941, in Monessen, PA to Eugene & Margaret (nee: Brody) Moreau. Ronald was a professor emeritus at Kent State University and later Lakeland Community College, teaching calculus and mathematics. He had a passion for NASCAR, hockey, being outdoors and riding his bicycle, but spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren, gave him the greatest joy. Survivors include his sons Courtney (Nicole) Moreau of Barberton, OH & Brenden (Stacey) Moreau of Painesville; grandchildren Cheyenne Bright-Moreau, Scarlette Moreau & Paxton Moreau; brother Vaughn (Gloria) Moreau of Coraopolis, PA. He was preceded in death by his parents. A memorial service will be held at 6pm on Monday, April 15, 2024, at the Potti & Marc F. Burr Funeral Homes 1009 Mentor Ave, Painesville, OH 44077. Visitation will be from 4-6pm on Monday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Ronald’s honor can be made to the Mario Lemieux Foundation or the American Heart Association.
