Peggy A. Dodge, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and sister, was born on August 15, 1964, in Painesville, Ohio. She passed away on January 29, 2026, in Warrensville Heights, Ohio, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever be etched in the hearts of her family and friends.
Peggy was the kind of person you could always count on, dedicated, hard-working and genuinely kind. Her warm personality had a remarkable way of lifting people's spirits and brightening their days. Always putting others ahead of herself, she found great satisfaction in her work as a delivery driver, most recently with Utz Potato Chips, where her commitment to her job shone through alongside her talent for connecting with the community. However, her fondest memories came from her time as a bus driver for Madison Public Schools. Outside of work, Peggy cherished spending time with her family the most. Her love for them was deep and unwavering, and she truly valued each moment they shared together, viewing the little things in life as precious treasures.
She is survived by her husband, Clayton "Pat" Dodge of Madison, whose companionship of shared laughter and support were a testament to a bond that inspired those around them. Peggy took great pride in her children, Julie (Kevin Hall) Dodge of Madison and Jeremy (Amber Dell) Dodge of Painesville, who were a source of light in her life. Her five grandchildren (Hayley, Kharter, Gabby, Riley and Bella) were her joy, and she adored every second she spent doting on them, weaving a fabric of love and memories that will stay with them forever.
Peggy is also survived by her siblings, Cindy (Dan Troglin) Beach of Mentor and Rhonda Feke of Madison, whose presence added warmth to her life. The love they shared is a powerful reminder of the strength of family ties.
While Peggy leaves behind many who adored her, she is preceded in death by her mother, Ida Feke, father, William Vaughn, step father of many years, Thomas Feke, sister, Judy Gaskins, and her brother, Thomas Vaughn. Though they are no longer physically here, their love and influence will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew them.
In her life, Peggy A. Dodge embodied love, dedication, and a spirit of generosity that resonated in every relationship. Her legacy lives on through the countless memories she created, reminding us all of the importance of family and the precious moments we share. May her spirit continue to shine brightly in the lives of those she cherished.
