Olga (nee: Stefanchik) Kosch, age 97, of Madison, passed away April 12, 2025, at Rae-Ann in Geneva. Born October 4, 1927, in Cleveland to Peter and Veronica (nee: Orohofsky) Stefanchik, she had been a longtime area resident. She worked at White Motors in Cleveland and when she moved to Madison in 1967 she worked as a meat wrapper at North Madison Food Market.
Olga enjoyed going to the YMCA, playing pinocle and bingo at the Senior Center and meeting her friends at Wendy’s on Wednesday for a 3 o’clock lunch. Most of all she enjoyed activities with her children and grandchildren.
Survivors include her children Joseph (Andrea) Kosch of Madison, Julia McLeod of Geneva and Veronica (Chris) Campbell of SC; 7 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren and many extended family. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Joseph and siblings: Mike (Mary) Stefanchik, Mary Stefanchik, Peter (Hazel) Stefanchik, a brother that died at birth, Joseph (Helen) Stevens, John (Ann) Stefanchik, Anna (Steve) Hlusak, Helen (Joseph) Zak, Mark (Marge) Stefanchik, Katherine Stefanchik, Albert (Sarah) Stefanchik, and Paul (Tillie) Harrigal. On Tuesday, April 22 a Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11am at Immaculate Conception Church, 2846 Hubbard Road in Madison with burial to follow at North Madison Cemetery.
