Margorie “Marge” Anderson
Margorie “Marge” Anderson, age 90, of Painesville, passed away June 19th, 2026, surrounded by family. She was born October 24, 1935, to the late Ralph and Doris Peel. Marge lived a life centered on family, love, and creativity. She was a devoted mother and grandmother, whose greatest joy came from spending time with those she loved. Marge had a special gift for making beautiful hand-painted blankets for her grandchildren, creating treasured keepsakes that will continue to provide comfort and remind her family of her love for years to come. She was also known for making the most elegant wedding candles. She enjoyed crafts of all kinds, loved working on puzzles, and could often be found watching her favorite shows, including Little House on the Prairie and Lifetime movies. Nothing brought Marge more happiness than being surrounded by her grandchildren. Her family was the center of her world, and she cherished every moment spent with them. Even as her memory began to fade, one thing never left her heart: her love for her children. The staff at Cardinal Woods were often amazed that Marge could still proudly recite the names of all of her children. It was a true testament to the deep bond she shared with her family and the love that remained with her throughout her life. Marge will be remembered for her kind heart, gentle spirit, creativity, and unwavering devotion to her family. Her legacy lives on through the blankets she made, the memories she created, and the countless lives she touched. Though she will be deeply missed, the love she shared and the memories she created will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. She is survived by her daughter, Barb Neil; daughter Cheryl Mattice; son, Bob (Patsy) Kreider; son, Ron Kreider; son, Don Kreider; daughter, Karen (Greg) Weber; son, Kevin Kreider; grandchildren, Alice (Steve) Swinchoski, Lisa Greer, John (Lovely) Greer, Janet Neil, Beau, Nick Kreider, Shawn Kreider, Heather Kreider, Jason Kreider, Dayna (Andrew) Hansen, Deanna (Denys) Mayles, Dedra (Dimitri) Papazoglou, Shannon (Ricky) Stuart, Chelsea McHugh, Leah (Keith) Holpit, and Savanna Ruks; brothers Walter Peel and Ralph Peel; nineteen great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and many extended family and friends.
