Louise M. (nee: Salminen) Klebe, age 81 of Painesville passed away Sept. 15, 2021 at Concord Village in Concord. Born June 19, 1940 in Painesville to Niilo and Pearl (nee: Erkkila) Salminen, she had been a lifelong area resident. Louise married Theodore Klebe at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church on May 6, 1960. She was a volunteer at Lake East and Tripoint. She enjoyed traveling, going to the casinos, shopping and was a member of the Beta Sigma Phi Sorority and the Red Hat Society, but her greatest love was her family, especially her grandchildren. Survivors include her children Lisa (Chris) Wallis of Wilmington, NC, Scott (Veronica) Klebe of Grand River and Thomas Klebe of Fayetteville, NC; grandchildren Haden Wallis, Wilson Wallis, Johnathon Klebe and Victoria Klebe; step-sister Mary Lou (Tony) Novak of Madison. She was preceded in death by her parents and step-father Russell Brichford; brother William Salminen; step-sisters Peggy Eckert and Shirley Judkins. A memorial service will be held at 10am on Wednesday, Sept. 22 at the Potti & Marc F. Burr Funeral Homes 1009 Mentor Ave., Painesville, OH with burial to follow at Riverside Cemetery.
