Laurie Uzarevic, age 54, passed away tragically on March 3, 2026, in Sarasota, Florida. Born on March 23, 1971, Laurie was a graduate of Mentor High School and spent much of her life in Northeast Ohio. She made her home in Willowick during the summer months and enjoyed spending winters in Sarasota, Florida. Laurie was a longtime and dedicated employee of Steris in Mentor, where she was known for her hard work and the friendships she built over the years. Laurie had a passion for life and enjoyed the camaraderie and friendships she shared through the Chilli Crew Motorcycle Club. She loved spending time with friends, riding, traveling, and making memories with those closest to her. Laurie will be remembered for her vibrant personality, her loyalty to those she loved, and the joy she brought to the people around her. She is survived by her loving husband, Anton “Tony” Uzarevic and a sister Denise Ball. She was preceded in death by her parents George and Nancy (nee: Meyers) Ball. Family and friends will be received Saturday, March 14, 2026, from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home, 6330 Center Street, Mentor, Ohio. Additional parking will be available at Mentor High School with transportation provided from the parking lot to the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
