Julius D. Marciano, age 70 of Rome, OH passed away at University Hospitals in Cleveland on January 28, 2021 after a traffic collision. Born January 5, 1951 in Brownsville, PA to Frank and Angelina (nee: Tassone) Marciano, he had been a longtime area resident. Julius owned various Midas Muffler locations in the area including Chardon & Solon. He was a generous man with an infectious personality that immediately drew you in. Survivors include his wife Sharon (nee: Richnavsky) Marciano of Rome; sons Daniel of Orwell and Nicholas (Kate) of Hambden Twp.; grandson Julius of Hambden Twp. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Frank A. Marciano. A funeral service will be held at 11am on Tuesday, Feb 2, 2021 at the Potti & Marc F. Burr Funeral Homes of Chardon (within DeJohn Funeral Home) 126 South Street, Chardon, OH 44024 with burial to follow at Chardon Municipal Cemetery (MASKS REQUIRED). A gathering of friends and family will be held on Monday, Feb. 1, 2021 from 4-7pm at the funeral home with social distancing and masks required. Arrangements are entrusted to the Potti & Marc F.
