Heather Ann Patternac

Heather Ann Patternac, age 74 of Madison, passed away May 12, 2019 at University Hospitals Geneva Medical Center. She was born July 11, 1944 in Cleveland and had been a lifelong area resident. Heathers greatest joy was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Survivors include her loving daughters Diana Policastro of Madison, Heather Vliek of Ashtabula, Jamie Patternac of Painesville, and Cynthia Patternac of Geneva; 10 grandchildren & 11 great grandchildren.
