Donald Steven Majernik

Donald S. Majernik, age 82 of Madison passed away Dec 15, 2020 at Sabrook Landing in Ashtabula. Born April 28, 1938 in Homestead, PA to Stephen and Julia (nee: Rahousky) Majernik, he had been a longtime area resident. After serving our country with the US Marine Corps, Don worked as a machinist, eventually retiring from Caterpillar. Survivors include his children Timothy (Sandy) of Centennial, CO, Gary (Arlene) of Madison, Michele (Richard) Cramb of Madison and Sheryl (Troy) Wilhelm of Madison; siblings Dennis Majernik of CA, Carol Majernik of CA and Evelyn Weber of Duquesne, PA; 14 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Maryann (nee:Potemra) Majernik and son Gregory Majernik. A funeral mass will be 11am on Friday, Dec. 18, 2020 at Immaculate Conception Church, Hubbard Road, Madison, OH where masks are required as is social distancing. Visitation will be on Thursday from 2-4pm and 6-8pm at the Potti & Marc F. Burr Funeral Homes 2726 Hubbard Road, Madison following all COVID-19 regulations, maintaining social distancing and wearing masks.
