Christine Warren

Christine (nee: Longenecker) Warren, age 90 of Thompson passed away Sept. 14, 2021 at Cardinal Woods in Madison. Born May 3, 1931 in Woodbury, PA to Joseph and Bertha (nee: Gearheart) Longenecker, she had been a longtime Madison area resident. Christine worked as a food demonstrator for One to One Advisors. Her favorite past time was polka dancing with her dance partner John O’Carz. She was even inducted into the Polka Hall of Fame in Cleveland. Survivors include her granddaughter Jessica (nee: Willis) Crawford of Fairport Harbor; close friend Gene Swanson of Thompson; half siblings Melody, Susan & Shirley. She was preceded in death by her parents; spouse Jack Warren; daughters Patricia Pettit and Sandra “Jackie” Willis; siblings Kathryn, Dorothy, Joanne, Gil, Glen & Homer; half-siblings Edna, Hilda, Ronald & Gary. A graveside service will be 11am on Wednesday, Sept. 22 at Fairview Memorial Gardens in Madison Village. Donations are suggested to your favorite charity.
