Anna Mae Sylvia Hohman

AnnaMae S. Hohman , age 87, formerly of Chardon, OH and Pahrump, NV passed away on December
18, 2018, at Desert View Hospital in Pahrump, NV. Born July 23, 1931 in Cleveland, OH, she was
the daughter of the late Joseph & Helen (Vlach) Kolek, and was married to the late Walter E.
Hohman of Chardon.
She is survived by her Daughter, youngest Son, 2 Granddaughters, 1 Grandson, and 4 Great-
Grandchildren. She is also survived by her Sister.
In addition to her Husband Walter, she was recently predeceased by her eldest Son Karl, of Chardon.
They will all be laid to rest together at Chardon Municipal Cemetery, with Visitation & Services being
held on:
Wednesday, April 10th, 2019
12:00pm to 1:30pm, w/1:30pm Service
followed by burial at Chardon Municipal Cemetery
