William A. Lehman

William A. Lehman age 90, of Mentor passed away Jan. 26, 2014 at Heartland of Mentor. Born March 23, 1923 in Wilinsburg, Pa. William was a long time resident of Mentor. He was a Service Manager for General Aviation Inc. in Willoughby for 54 years.After his retirement he stay actively working as an Airplane Inspector. Mr. Lehman served in the U.S. Army Corp during WWII, he was a member of the American Post 112 in Madison since 1947, a member of the Mentor Headlands Baptist Church. He enjoyed Model Airplanes and Trains. William is survived by his wife of 39 years Marjorie J. Lehman of Mentor, Daughters Karen and Valerie Lehman, Son Bruce Lehman all of Painesville. Sons David M. Anderson of W. Va., Robert A. Anderson of Mentor, Daughter Sherry Anderson (Bob) Ribblett of Painesville, Son Richard M. Anderson of Mentor, Brother Ray Lehman of Ocala, Fl. 5 Grandchildern and 3 great. William is preceded in death by his first wife Viola Wiemero Lehman, Sister Ann Lehman and Brother Robert Lehman. Visitation will be held 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM with the funeral Service following at 8 PM at the Potti Funeral Home 1009 Mentor Ave. Painesville, Ohio 44077 Burial will be private. Contributions may be made to the American Legion Post 112 in Madison, or the Headland Baptist Church.
