Mass of Christian Burial for Salvador Carrillo 95, of Mentor will be 10 am Monday at St Gabriel Church 9925 Johnnycake rdige Rd Mentor, Mr. Carrillo passed away Wednesday January 29, 2013 at the Kemper House in Mentor. He was Born December 24, 1917 in Durango, Mexico. Sal worked for UPS in Los Angles, California for 40 years where he and his wife Concha were residents for many years. He was a Veteran of the United States Army serving in WWII as a paratrooper. He was awarded two Purple Hearts. Salvador was a Grand Knight, a member of All saints Parish for 50 years, a Scout Master and an Eagle Master, and a member of the American Legion. He is survived by his loving wife Concha of 70 Years, Grandson Jeffrey (Jackie) Carrillo of Concord, Grand Daughter Kathleen Moffett of Sacramento, Great Grandchildren Catherine "GiGi" Carrillo Dustin and Jane Moffett and Sister Emma Garcia.
