Joe C. Raab Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Joe C. Raab, age 79 of Madison Twp. passed away February 17, 2022, at University Hospitals in Cleveland. Born April 2, 1942, in Madera, PA to William A. and Betty (Kephart) Raab, he had been a resident of Madison for the past 32 years. Joe was a self-employed carpenter and all around handy-m. In his spare time, he enjoyed working and playing with his “toys”, various Ford Model Ts and antique tractors as well as going to car cruises with Elaine. Joe was a member of various antique car clubs including the Ashtabula County Antique Engine Club. Survivors include his wife Elaine (nee: Luster) of Madison Twp; children Michael J. of Groves, TX and Joey of Beaumont TX; siblings David of Hiram, Arnold of Bonneau, SC, Marti Foran of Willoughby, Rella Hemrich of Concord and Lucy Covelli of Willoughby; 6 grandchildren and many extended family and friends. A memorial gathering will be on Tuesday, Feb. 22, 2022, from 6-8pm at the Potti & Marc F. Burr Funeral Homes 2726 Hubbard Road, Madison, OH 44057.
