Joanne J. Cicek

Joanne J. Cicek, age 71 of Painesville passed away July 7, 2023, at her home. Born Aug. 24, 1951, in Cleveland to Richard A. and Mary (nee: Keller) Lessner, she had been a lifelong area resident. Survivors include her children Richard (Megan) Ledbetter of Auburn Twp. & Maryanne (Joe) Gigliotti of Hambden; step-children David Ledbetter of Garfield Hts., Laurie (Freebird) Freebird of FL , and Dr. Wendy (Andrew) Steiger of Aptos, CA; 8 grandchildren, sister Nancy Vilar of Pierpont and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister Mary Ruth Talbort. Celebration of life service will be held on August 20, 2023 from 12 PM until 4 PM at Hambden Twp. Town Hall: 13887 GAR Hwy, Chardon, OH 44024. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to: Lake Humane Society or Rescue Village. Cremation services entrusted to the Potti & Marc F.
