Ann L. Urban

Ann L. Urban nee (Lukacevic) of Mentor passed away at Salida Woods assisted living on Saturday October 7, 2017.  She was born in Cleveland on November 1, 1927 and had been a resident of Mentor for many years. Ann was a homemaker.  She was a loving mother of daughter , Linda Urban of Mentor, Son Douglas (Denise) Urban; Grandmother of cherished Grandsons Andrew (Domini) Urban and Alexander (Robyn) Urban.  Mrs. Urban's Husband, Bernard, of 65 years,preceded her in death. Visitation will be held Tuesday October 10, 2017 at the Potti Funeral Home, 1009 Mentor Ave., Painesville Oh 9 to 10:30am. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at St.Bede the Venerable Catholic Church,9114 Lake Shore Blvd. at 11am; Rev. Timothy Plavac officiating. Entombment at All Souls Cemetery in Chardon, Oh.  The Family would like to express their gratitude to all at Salida Woods for the love shown to their mother and the family.
