Eileen G. Bandi

Eileen G. Bandi, age 93 of Roaming Shores, a former resident of Painesville Passed away on January 7, 2017 at Alter Care of Mentor. Eileen was born in Little Rock, Arkansas on May 13, 1923 and was raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was a 30 year employee of Parker Hannifan Corp in Cleveland where she worked as an inspector. Eileen was a loyal Indians fan and loved gardening and working in her yard. She and her husband John loved traveling throughout the United States. Survivors are her loving Daughters Gwen (Jerry) Skytta of Rock Creek and Gail (James) Bennington Of Madison. 9 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren and 8 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband's John Bandi and Gordon Gifford. Brothers Roy, Garland and Delmar Thrasher and Sisters Katherine Stevenson and Mildred King. Parents Oscar and Myrtle Thrasher. Funeral Services will be held at Noon on Wednesday January 11, 2017 the Potti Funeral Home 1009 Mentor Ave. Painesville Where friends may call from 11:00 AM until the time of the Service. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery.
