Kimberly J. Mccabe

Kimberly J. (nee: Frank) McCabe, age 63 of Madison Twp passed away January 29, 2022 at her home following a brief illness. Born January 25, 1959 in Painesville, OH to Charles H. and Ruthann (nee: Ladig) Frank, she had been a lifelong area resident. Kim grew up in the Madison area, spending many hours helping her mom and stepfather at D&R Bar. She worked at Eye Lighting International in Mentor for 16 years until her illness. She enjoyed painting, gardening, doing genealogy, her dogs and koi pond, but her greatest love was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Survivors include her husband Scott of Madison; children Charles F. McCabe of Willoughby, Ruthann “Nicki” (William IV) Randall of Madison and Amanda (Nicholas) Lacy of Massilon; grandchildren McKayla Francis, William B.N. Randall V, Madelyn S. Randall, Jadyn Hunt, Emelie Lacy, Kamryn Lacy and Hunter Lacy; sister Charlene Alexander of Thompson; numerous nieces, nephews and extended family. She was preceded in death by her father Charles Frank, mother Ruthann Whitehair and stepfather Dennis “Dink” Whitehair; siblings Ruthann Frank, Bob Whitehair, Bula Whitehair and Patsy Whitehair. A memorial gathering will be on Saturday, February 5, 2022 from 2 to 4pm at the Potti & Marc F. Burr Funeral Homes, 2726 Hubbard Road, Madison, OH 44057.
