Arthur Fowler, age 32, of Madison passed away on August 20, 2018. He was born in Painesville on February 14, 1986 to Douglas and Angel Fowler. Arthur graduated from Mentor High School and went on to become a Caregiver in the Healthcare Industry.
Survivors are his Dad Douglas Fowler, Uncle Jay Fowler; Cousins Sarah and Todd Fowler; and his half Brother Dustin Townsend.
Preceded in death by his Mother Angel Fowler.
